These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Product Inquiry on WhatsApp ("the app"), provided by WPRobo Limited, a UK registered company. By installing or using the app you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
The app lets Shopify merchants add a WhatsApp inquiry button to product pages, route customer questions to a chosen WhatsApp number with product details attached, and manage those inquiries in a dashboard with analytics.
2. Accounts and eligibility
The app is available to merchants with an active Shopify store. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account and for all activity that occurs under your store in connection with the app.
3. Plans and billing
The app offers a Free plan (Inquiry Starter), a Pro plan at $14.99 per month, and an Ultimate plan at $149.99 per year. All paid charges are processed securely through Shopify's billing system and appear on your Shopify invoice. By selecting a paid plan you authorise the recurring charge until you cancel. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose, to send spam or unsolicited messages, to infringe the rights of others, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the app or its infrastructure. You are responsible for your communications with customers and for complying with WhatsApp's own terms and applicable messaging laws.
5. Availability disclaimer
We work to keep the app available and reliable, but it is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and the app depends on third-party services including Shopify and WhatsApp that are outside our control.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WPRobo Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost sales, arising from your use of or inability to use the app. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
You may stop using the app and uninstall it from your Shopify admin at any time, which cancels any active subscription in line with Shopify's billing rules. When you uninstall, your data is deleted in accordance with Shopify's GDPR redaction webhooks, as described in our Data Handling page. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page, and continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
