Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Product Inquiry on WhatsApp. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for a paid plan.

Billing through Shopify

All charges for the app are processed securely through Shopify's billing system and appear on your regular Shopify invoice. Because of this, refunds and cancellations follow Shopify's billing rules in addition to the terms below.

Refund windows

  • Monthly plan (Pro): refundable within 7 days of your first charge, on request.
  • Yearly plan (Ultimate): refundable within 14 days of your first charge, on request.

These windows apply to your first charge on a plan. Renewal charges after the initial period are generally non-refundable, though we will always review reasonable requests in good faith.

Cancellations

You can cancel at any time by uninstalling the app or downgrading your plan from your Shopify admin. Cancellations and any proration are handled according to Shopify's billing rules. Uninstalling stops future charges; it does not automatically refund a charge already made outside the windows above.
