Version 3.0: your product inquiry button now speaks 10 channels
WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS, Email, Messenger, Instagram, Viber, Line, WeChat and phone calls — customers pick how they reach you, and every inquiry keeps its product context.

One button, every channel your customers already use
Until today, this app did one thing extremely well: it turned product questions into WhatsApp conversations. But not every shopper lives on WhatsApp. Some reach for Telegram, some for iMessage, some just want to send an email or call.
Version 3.0 turns the button into a channels system. Enable any mix of ten channels — WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS/iMessage, Email, Phone call, Messenger, Instagram DM, Viber, Line and WeChat — and your product-page button becomes a clean channel sheet. One channel enabled? The button behaves exactly like before. Two or more? Customers get a beautiful picker, in your order, on mobile and desktop.
Product context everywhere it's possible
The magic of this app has always been context: when a customer messages you, you already know which product they're asking about. On WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS and email, version 3.0 prefills the message with the product name and link — customizable with template variables.
Some platforms (Messenger, Instagram, Line) don't allow prefilled messages. We solved that differently: the moment a customer picks one of those channels, the app logs which product they were viewing — so the context shows up in your Inquiries dashboard even though the platform message arrives without it.
Built the same careful way
Nothing changes unless you change it. Existing stores keep their WhatsApp button exactly as it is — same look, same behavior, zero reconfiguration. The channel sheet only appears once you enable a second channel.
Platform quirks are handled for you: SMS prefill works on both iPhone and Android (they disagree about URL formats), Viber only shows for mobile visitors, and WeChat displays your QR code in a modal since it has no web deep link.
Multi-channel is a Pro feature ($14.99/mo). Free stores keep their WhatsApp button forever — we never take away what you already have. Open the app, click Channels, and toggle on the ones your customers use.
